Shipping methods & costs

As a member of the CGTA and a preferred UPS customer, we have extremely competitive shipping rates.  All shipments are FOB our premises and shipped with either Canpar or UPS.  We also offer free freight incentives for orders of certain reasonable values depending on the destination.

Credit card refunds

Gloco Candles, Inc. processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
